Join RMIT University as an Advisor, International Development, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the creation and management of offshore partnerships that align with industry needs and contribute to human capital development.

In this dynamic role, you’ll work with teams across the globe, supporting initiatives from initial discussion to successful launch. You will collaborate across the University to drive projects that deliver impactful educational experiences, tailored to industry demands. As the face of RMIT, you'll ensure every interaction is productive, fostering long-lasting, strategic relationships.

Organisational skills will be crucial as you manage project tasks, track milestones, and coordinate meetings to keep things progressing. You’ll explore new potential partners, markets, and opportunities for programs, using research and insights to guide decisions. Your adaptability will be key in navigating diverse working cultures and styles as you support successful partnerships in a global context.

To be successful in this position, you’ll have:

  • Experience coordinating projects that include multiple internal and external stakeholders in an enterprise setting

  • Experience working effectively with partners from other cultures (international experience is desirable)

  • Attention to detail and ability to track tasks, dates and create documentation

  • Ability to work in a team environment supporting others

  • Driven to deliver great service and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders
