The Opportunity

Our Campaigns Team plays a key role in bringing this vision to life — amplifying our advocacy and policy priorities, inspiring collective action, and creating opportunities for people to connect, learn, and make change happen. As Campaigns Manager, you’ll help shape and deliver this vital work — guiding strategy, nurturing creative and inclusive outreach, and leading innovative digital engagement that empowers individuals and groups to act with courage and hope for a better world.

We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to drive the development and delivery of our Campaigns Programme. You will lead the implementation of innovative face to face and digital campaigning strategies, creating compelling content and assets, both online and offline that inspire public action and grow our online communities. With strong leadership skills, you’ll guide and support the Campaigns Team to maximise both digital and face-to-face outreach opportunities, helping to connect people across Ireland with our mission. Collaboration will be at the heart of your work — partnering closely with our Policy & Advocacy, Communications, and Outreach teams, as well as external networks and coalitions, to ensure our campaigns achieve the greatest possible impact. You’ll bring creativity, strategic insight, and excellent project management skills to deliver results, manage budgets effectively, and continuously learn and adapt to strengthen our campaigning work.

You will report to the Head of Outreach and Community Engagement.The job opportunity will be offered on a Fixed Term contract for 2 years and is based in Maynooth, Co. Kildare. As part of your role, you will manage a team of up to four professionals.
