Develop a training programme for CAN Europe on Fundraising

CAN Europe organises an annual training for the whole organisation. For 2025, fundraising has been identified as the focus of this training. At CAN Europe, we are committed to exploring diverse funding avenues and maintaining a robust financial foundation, while upholding the values that guide our organisation. We are looking for an expert to develop a training for our internal staff. The objective of this training is therefore to provide an overview of the key stages in the fundraising cycle, followed by a more in-depth exploration of donor cultivation, in the most appropriate way for our operating context. CAN Europe is aiming at ensuring the staff have a grounding in this topic in the form of a training, understanding that we are coming from very different starting points on it.
