Summary:
Relay Graduate School of Education (Relay) is an accredited not-for-profit institution of higher education serving thousands of educators from across the country, from pre-service teachers to system-level leaders. The Manager, Student Financial Services (SFS) will be an integral part of Relay’s financial aid team and support the Director, Student Financial Services. The Manager will operationalize both the administrative and the support mechanisms toward the successful implementation of the federal aid process in alignment with the vision set by the Director, SFS. This role will support up to 1,500 newly enrolled students by calculating, awarding, and returning federal aid on a weekly-basis. This role would report to the Director of SFS and must demonstrate the ability to complete projects both independently and in a team-based environment with tight deadlines. Additionally, this individual must be able to demonstrate empathy, critical thinking, and have strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.

COMPENSATION
Relay is committed to creating and maintaining a compensation and benefits system that supports our ability to recruit and retain a diverse and talented team. As we make decisions about compensation, we will be guided by the following values: clarity, consistency, and internal equity. The salary range for this role is $74,250 - $111,375 . New hires will be offered a salary at the starting point of the range, $74,250 to allow for an equitable starting salary process and continual salary growth during an employee’s time at Relay GSE.
