Panorama is looking for an intern to support the Funders for a Safe Childhood (FSC) team, a groundbreaking initiative co-founded by eight foundations across the globe committed to addressing childhood sexual violence by accelerating and scaling collective efforts to protect children. The intern will assist with research, stakeholder engagement, and program coordination as FSC works to mobilize philanthropic resources and connect donors with high-impact investment opportunities in child safety organizations worldwide.
This non-exempt, part time position (approximately 12 hours per week) reports to the Senior Field Liaison, Funders for a Safe Childhood. This position is fully remote and open to candidates in the Washington, DC metro area.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Program Administration and Support (80%)
- Support and collaborate with the Senior Field Liaison and other team members in their responsibilities, providing programmatic, research, and administrative support as needed.
- Research organizations and individuals for data analysis and background documents.
- Coordinate and schedule external meetings on behalf of select team members.
- Support in creating and/or copy editing a variety of materials, including proposals, PowerPoint presentations, emails, one pagers, newsletters, and research briefs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge Management (20%)
- Collect and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, derive and provide the team support in communicating key insights in a cohesive and compelling way through narratives and visualizations.
- Maintain and update program documentation and resources, including program SharePoint folder(s) and resources on any other information sharing platform.

Position Requirements & Qualifications Candidates must currently be enrolled in a higher education program, full- or part-time or be within twelve months of college graduation. This position is open to candidates located in and eligible to work in the following locations within the United States: District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia.
We request a six-month commitment with an anticipated start date in September 2025.
Required qualifications - Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a higher education program.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and excellent attention to detail, especially when conducting data entry and reviewing documents.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and willingness to learn other software programs.
- Proactive with ability to accomplish work efficiently and with initiative
Desired qualifications
- Documented history of detail-oriented project management experience, including responsibilities of managing a project or program from conception to implementation.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar customer relationship management (CRM) database and project management tools such as Asana.
- Experience working in philanthropy, at a non-profit, and/or on social impact issues is a plus.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to help meet job responsibilities and enhance overall productivity.
Compensation Panorama offers paid internships with compensation at $16.66/hour, based on the Washington State minimum wage requirements including those working outside of WA State. If the intern is located in a municipality with a higher minimum wage, Panorama will pay the local minimum wage as required by law.
