JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:
Research Economist/ Senior Research Economist conducts original research and analysis on issues related to labor and workforce, pay equity, health, and/or education. They are responsible for leading work in one or more of IWPR’s core research areas, sharing research findings at events and conferences, fundraising and managing philanthropic partnerships, and building networks and organizational partnerships in the field.

SALARY
This is an on-site, full-time exempt position. The salary for the Senior Research Economist is $125,172-$148,770.00/year and for the Research Economist is $94,187-$115,117. This policy states that all IWPR employees, interns, fellows, (i.e., IWPR staff) are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and to receive a booster shot.
