About Anthropic

Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.

About the role

Anthropic is seeking an Enterprise Integrated Campaign Manager to design, orchestrate, scale, and measure integrated marketing campaigns that support our Enterprise business priorities and drive demand, adoption, and expansion across our most strategic customer segments. As a key member of our marketing organization, you'll build the campaign frameworks and cross-channel motions that connect our content, physical events, digital programs, and account-based efforts into cohesive journeys that move enterprise buyers from awareness to activation.

This role requires a sophisticated understanding of B2B marketing with demonstrated success in integrated campaign strategy and execution across the full customer lifecycle. You'll develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies in partnership with Sales, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Digital teams, creating compelling programs and flywheel motions that empower the Enterprise Sales team to achieve their pipeline and revenue targets.

Enterprise represents one of our largest growth opportunities and our most nuanced challenge, a segment where long sales cycles, complex buying committees, and industry-specific requirements demand campaigns that are deeply orchestrated rather than one-size-fits-all. You'll work closely with Product and Field Marketing, the broader Integrated Campaigns team, and cross-functional partners to ensure campaigns directly support demand generation, customer adoption, and strategic account expansion.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and lead integrated campaigns across customer segments, establishing scalable frameworks and processes that connect digital, events, content, and ABM channels into cohesive buyer journeys

  • Drive full-funnel campaign initiatives across core Enterprise priorities, industries, and segments, adapting strategies for diverse buying committees and enterprise purchasing behaviors

  • Create and implement campaign programs including thought leadership moments, digital nurture streams, webinar series, executive engagement programs, and ABM activations

  • Partner closely with Field Marketing to align campaign programs with territory and account-specific goals that directly achieve pipeline, adoption, and expansion targets

  • Optimizing programs to measurement frameworks including lead scoring, attribution models, and ROI reporting to demonstrate campaign impact on demand, adoption, and revenue

  • Collaborate with global Marketing teams to ensure Enterprise campaigns align with company-wide strategy while meeting segment- and industry-specific needs

  • Coordinate with Product Marketing and Solutions Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all campaign touchpoints

  • Manage campaign resources including agency partners, vendors, and internal creative and content teams to deliver programs on time and on budget

  • Build and manage campaign budgets with strong financial discipline and ROI focus

  • Drive continuous improvement through post-campaign analysis, stakeholder feedback, and data-driven optimization

Minimum qualifications

  • Demonstrate deep understanding of B2B enterprise sales cycles and buying processes - experience working within software companies is required for this position

  • Have a track record of successfully building and scaling integrated campaign programs that span digital, events, content, and ABM channels

  • Have strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization and attribution

  • Have demonstrated success in contributing to significant demand, adoption, and revenue goals through integrated marketing initiatives

  • Are a proven self-starter who can build and run sophisticated programs with small teams in fast-paced startup environments

  • Have strong project management skills with experience managing complex, multi-channel campaigns simultaneously

  • Possess strong budgeting and financial management capabilities with experience managing substantial campaign budgets

  • Excel at cross-functional collaboration, particularly with sales teams, agency partners, and executive stakeholders

  • Are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with a bias for thoughtful action

Preferred qualifications

  • Have 10+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience with blended expertise in integrated campaigns, account-based marketing, and demand generation
  • Have experience marketing AI/ML or complex technical products to enterprise customers

  • Have experience building and leading integrated campaign or demand generation teams

  • Have deep knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and execution, including platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase

  • Have experience at high-growth technology companies such as Stripe, AWS, Okta, Snowflake, or Workday

  • Have experience developing industry- or segment-specific campaign motions for regulated or vertical markets

  • Have experience managing and directing agency partners to extend internal team capacity

  • Have marketing automation and campaign operations fluency (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) with an understanding of lead lifecycle management

  • Have international campaign experience and an understanding of how to localize enterprise programs across regions

How we're different

We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.

The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
