ABOUT E-LAB
The Entrepreneurial Leaders’ Action Lab (E-LAB) is a space to explore and engage in complex issues while discovering one's entrepreneurial identity. The program is the engine of ALU’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and is supported by the Community programming streams.
E-LAB is one-third of the integrated synchronous, in-person, non-credit bearing experience synthesising Missions: Radical thinking, Introduction to Global Challenges and Opportunities, and Entrepreneurial Literacy around complex design challenges.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Stakeholder Engagements.
- Partner with key stakeholders like the Entrepreneurship Manager, Student Venture Program, and Hub Coordinators to integrate entrepreneurial teachings.
- Build and sustain relationships with local and international entrepreneurial ecosystems.
Students and Program related.
- Facilitate E-LAB classes and hold office hours to meet weekly with individuals and teams to offer insight, advice, and support for their projects.
- Supporting in revamping and redesigning the E-Lab program.
- Implement the E-Lab program in collaboration with and under the direction of the Center for Entrepreneurship team.
- Coach students within each cohort on entrepreneurship preparing them to have entrepreneurial mindsets and increase their interest in entrepreneurship.
- Work collaboratively across ALU to continue to evolve ELab as an essential part of the student experience.
- Regularly review the Learning Management System analytical reports to identify students who may require intervention from coaches throughout the foundation learning journey.
- Meet with individuals and support any team and individual needs that emerge, including conflict resolution for students and teams.
- Coordinate events and other aspects of the E-lab Program
- Ensure that program adoption and completion are high for students.
- Work closely with work-study students and interns, providing administrative and coordination support to ensure the effective delivery of the ELab program.
- Manage E-Lab’s social media platforms throughout the program duration.
- Such other duties in respect of the Company as may be reasonably assigned by your team manager.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Educational Qualifications:
- Masters in relevant fields such as Entrepreneurship, Business, Education, Innovation , leadership or any other related field.
Professional Experience:

Professional Experience:
- Entrepreneurial Experience (required): Demonstrated experience founding, co-founding, or leading a startup, business, or entrepreneurial initiative. This may include ventures that are still active or that have closed, as long as candidates can demonstrate learnings from the experience.
- Facilitation & Teaching Experience: Experience facilitating or leading workshops, classes, or programs, preferably in entrepreneurship, business, or innovation contexts.
- Coaching & Mentoring: Experience supporting students, teams, or early-stage ventures, with the ability to translate entrepreneurial experience into actionable guidance.
- Program & Event Management: Proven ability to coordinate or manage programs and events in an educational or entrepreneurial setting.
- Data-Informed Program Development: Experience in analyzing feedback and performance data to assess program effectiveness, with the ability to iterate and improve program design.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to inspire entrepreneurial thinking.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities within team and group dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with students, faculty, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to balance autonomy with collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational skills for coordinating program logistics and ensuring student engagement.
