Summary
The Coordinator will work directly under the supervision and guidance of the Manager, Crisis Response. This position will be responsible for providing support to network leaders and women working on the frontlines of human rights facing threats, conflict, displacement, or other intersecting crises. The Coordinator will provide trauma-informed case management, coordinate protection services and programmatic support for the Crisis Response department. This position is based in Washington, DC with the option of a hybrid work schedule. It is term limited through June 2026 with the possibility of extension. We are not accepting remote candidates at this time.

This position is a full-time, exempt hybrid position based in Washington, DC with two days of required in person attendance at the Vital Voices Headquarters. It is term limited through June 2026 with the possibility of extension. If and when it is safe to travel, domestic and international travel up to 10% may be required for the position.
The starting salary range for this position is $64,600-$73,900 based on experience and ability to have broad impact early.
