Firefly Partners is seeking a skilled and dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing Project Manager. This role position is designed for an individual who excels in project management.

Responsibilities: 

Client Communications and Support 

  • Serve as the main point of contact as the project manager for multiple projects and retainers 
  • Provide excellent client support by leading client check-ins (setting meetings, sending agendas and follow-ups) 
  • Working in close collaboration with the Strategy lead empowering clients to think strategically, developing results-oriented project plans to achieve their goals in the areas of digital marketing 
  • Building strong, collaborative relationships with clients and maintains those relationships over time; adapting communication styles and methods to build trust among clients and partners 

  

Project Ownership 

  • Lead project teams by collaborating with subject matter experts to deliver client deliverables that are of the highest quality ensuring the team has due dates and tasks associated with their work including reviewing deliverables 
  • Manage budgets, timelines, scopes, and deliverables for multiple projects and retainers and account for any changes that need to occur within the project using established Firefly processes with a strong focus on client satisfaction
  • Ability to generate scopes & estimates collaborating with your colleagues. This is not a sales role, although, this position includes aspects of business development, and our candidate should be confident pursuing and responding to new business opportunities (renewals, upsells & new business)
  • Project ownership mentality - owning both the good & the bad of the project - Understanding that the project success is also your success, the business success and therefore not allowing potential roadblocks to stand in the way of project success. 
  • Raise the “red flag” to the Operations Director & help to problem solve if a project is scope-creeping, about to go over budget or time and communicate issues & resolution to the client 

 

  

Qualifications:

  • At least three years of project management experience, preferably at an agency

  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Engaging Networks, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Luminate Online, EveryAction, and HubSpot)

  • Project management experience with web development, technology, and digital marketing projects

  • Demonstrated ability to manage 10-15 projects simultaneously by overseeing execution of project plans within cross-functional teams

  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, website projects, and digital marketing initiatives to communicate ideas and strategies to clients, answer questions, and develop project plans

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

  • Proactive disposition with a solutions-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Please note that this job description may include miscellaneous duties not explicitly outlined in this document. Ability to work mostly Eastern Standard times (as the majority of our clients are on the EST). 

  

Travel: 

Very infrequent travel is expected for this position.

The starting salary for this position is $65k-$74k annually depending on experience. Firefly offers a competitive benefits package including:
