Pratham International is a US 501(c)(3) established to support learning innovations for children and youth in contexts across the globe. Pratham’s mission is supporting every child in school and learning well and equipping youth for their entry into the world of work and earning. Pratham Education Foundation has developed several innovative and evidence-based programs that are being implemented in India such as Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) and Annual Status of Education Report (ASER). Pratham International enables the adaptation and spread of such proven and scalable solutions through programming and technical assistance tailored to local country contexts.
Role Purpose
The Senior Associate, Programs and Partnerships, will play a hands-on role in shaping and supporting Pratham’s global education initiatives across diverse geographies. This role sits at the intersection of program delivery, partnerships, and knowledge management, offering significant exposure to how international education programs are designed, adapted, and delivered in different contexts.
The Senior Associate will work closely with a diverse group of colleagues, partners, and stakeholders—ranging from grassroots practitioners to government officials and international development experts supporting high-quality program delivery and contributing to program improvements and decision-making.
The role includes independent ownership of specific country engagements, partnerships, projects, or internal workstreams, alongside supporting the broader Programs and Partnerships team. It is well-suited for someone who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems in real time, and adapting to dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments. The role will involve extensive international travel to support program delivery and partner engagement (upto 40% of your time in certain months).
