The Senior Enterprise Program Manager leads complex, cross- functional programs that span multiple business units and align directly with organizational strategy. This role partners closely with the Executive Leadership Team (ET) and the Leadership Team (LT) to translate strategic priorities into coordinated programs, ensuring disciplined execution and maintaining momentum across the enterprise.
The position requires exceptional business acumen, situational awareness, and relationship-building skills. Success depends on the ability to influence without authority, introduce and reinforce new processes with tact, hold leaders accountable constructively, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, including the Board.

Data-driven. Proactive in defining and tracking KPIs while identifying and managing strategic, operational, and delivery risks.
Innovative. Skilled at introducing new ways of working with tact and consistency, building trust, holding leaders accountable constructively, and sustaining momentum in complex environments.

Lead enterprise-level programs and initiatives across multiple departments and business units.
Partner with Executive Leadership to translate strategy into executable program roadmaps, facilitating executive planning sessions and cross-functional alignment forums while holding teams and leaders accountable with professionalism, diplomacy, and consistency.
Establish and maintain governance, intake, prioritization, and delivery processes.
Develop and track success metrics, KPIs, and outcome-based measures.
Provide executive and Board level reporting focused on outcomes, value realization, and risk.
Identify, manage, and communicate strategic, operational, and delivery risks.
Navigate complex organizational dynamics to build trust and sustain momentum while introducing new processes and ways of working that bring stakeholders along.
Ensure transparency, flow, and coordination across interdependent initiatives.
Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification.

This is an exempt role, and the minimum starting salary is $129,129 annually. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
