Job Mission
The Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Manager will lead the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of Terraformation’s M&E framework across all projects and partners. This person will drive the harmonization of indicators and monitoring systems, strengthen internal and partner M&E capacity, and ensure that data and evidence drive adaptive management, external reporting, and learning.
This is a cross-functional role that bridges Operations, Project Management, Product (Terraware), and Communications, ensuring our restoration, carbon, and livelihood outcomes are measurable, verifiable, and clearly communicated.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000, plus equity (depending on location and experience)
Location: Remote; US or EMEA
