HR Operations are HR support function committed to delivering exceptional experiences through the ‘moments that matter’ in the employees’ lifecycle. We are looking for a Senior Specialist with expertise in Benefits Administration across EMEA, LATAM & APAC to join our dynamic HR Operations team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our benefits programs, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional HR service. You will play a key role in streamlining processes, driving operational excellence, and ensuring our employees have a seamless experience with benefits and HR services. You will be a core team member in technology projects with a focus to build out scalable platforms for the collection of data, build economies of scale and streamline our current enrolment process across our international markets.
The ideal candidate is a proven individual with experience in benefits administration shared services, service delivery, and problem-solving skills who is comfortable with ambiguity and a fast paced every evolving environment.

Using your strong communication and data analysis skills, you'll effectively collaborate with a variety of people and job functions, juggling and accomplishing tasks of moderate to high complexity and are able to work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You're also able to analyse and anticipate the needs of your team and their projects.
You will partner cross-functionally and globally to develop, define, and deliver services and standardised benefits processes. In this role, you’ll oversee the implementation of key services, processes, programs, and tools that enable LinkedIn’s number 1 operations priority, its ‘Talent’ to work efficiently.

Responsibilities:
Benefits Administration:
Manage end-to-end benefits processes, including enrollment, changes, terminations, and compliance with regulations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Benefits COE Team, providing exceptional service and guidance.
Partner with vendors to ensure accurate and timely administration of benefits programs (e.g., health, dental, vision, retirement plans, leave policies).
Support the Benefits COE Team to analyze benefits utilization and recommend improvements to optimize employee experience and cost efficiency.
HR Operations and Service Delivery:
Ensure effective HR service delivery through streamlined processes, accurate documentation, and timely issue resolution.
Support HR systems and tools, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of benefits programs with overall HR operations
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local/country regulations related to benefits and HR policies.
Manage audits and reporting requirements, including regulatory filings and internal reports.
Stay up to date on trends, regulations, and best practices in benefits administration.
Reporting and Analytics: Leverage HR performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to make data-driven insights/decisions, operational adjustments and optimise service delivery.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Act as a champion for continuous improvement by proactively seeking out inefficiencies. Partner with Process Excellence team to implement enhancements.
Technology Utilisation: Maximise the use of HR technology and tools to streamline processes, automate repetitive tasks, and drive efficiency. Partner with Tech teams to implement enhancements and troubleshoot issues.
Training and Mentorship: Provide training sessions and mentoring to HR Ops team members, fostering a culture of learning and development with a focus on benefits administration and best practices.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years in HR operations or a related HR role, with proven experience in benefits administration and HR service delivery.
Has the knowledge of benefits programs, regulatory requirements, and HR systems.
Technical Skills: Experience in HRIS and Middleware Platform systems (e.g., Workday Benefits, Darwin, Benefex, Service Now), Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
Knowledge: Has an understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and operational management practices.
Skills: Has analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to develop and implement innovative solutions. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Communication: Has verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Teamwork and Leadership: Has interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, capable of influencing and building relationships across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in an International HR benefits environment.
Experience working in a global or matrixed environment.
Proven track record of leading HR projects with a focus on enhancing benefits processes.
Experience working in leading projects with cross-functional partners
Experience initiating and driving project deliverables to completion with minimal guidance
Problem-solving experience
Has a good hold on verbal, written and organizational skills.
Good leadership skills with the ability to be a team player & collaborate with others
Ability to work in an agile environment
