Are you experienced MEAL Manager?

If so, you may be our new MEAL Manager.

• You will:
  Support the planning and implementation of the PAP-08 Endline Study, including data collection tools and coordination with enumerators/staff.
• Conduct refresher training on the data collection for project staff/ numerators.

• Provide technical support to project staff/ numerators during Endline data collection

We expect you to be/have/be able to:

• Ensure timely, accurate, and quality data collection, cleaning, validation, and analysis.
• Conduct/support outcome monitoring, data quality assessments, and evaluation activities.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and draft and finalize the Endline Study report.
• Document key findings, lessons learned, challenges, and recommendations.

• Ensure compliance with MEAL, safeguarding, confidentiality, and data protection requirements

• Updated data collection tools and supporting documentation;
• Cleaned, validated, and consolidated endline datasets;
