This strategic role within the tight, lean Office of the CEO (OCEO) drives complex, cross-functional early stage strategic programs within the CEO's portfolio, with a direct impact on Google DeepMind’s mission. The position requires significant influence, credibility, and agility to partner with senior leaders across Google DeepMind, Google, and Alphabet to strategically plan, prioritize, and execute critical initiatives.

This role will partner with leaders and teams across GDM on a range of projects within the CEO’s portfolio, specifically focusing on developing early-stage ideas into full-fledged strategies and aligning them with the CEO's vision. You will partner closely with executive leads, research and development teams, program managers, and teams across multiple functions to strategically plan, prioritise, and execute critical initiatives.
This role will require influence and credibility, driving strategic programs in partnership with the organisation that are large and complex, span multiple functions, and have a direct impact on Google DeepMind’s mission. Agility and nimbleness is critical; this role will evolve alongside the CEO’s role as we progress towards our mission.
The Office of the CEO (OCEO) team works as a tight and lean unit and successful execution requires a high degree of communication, trust, and organisation.
