We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for our high-impact Sales & Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. This role is ideal for someone who is process driven, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is deeply curious about our industry and market dynamics. You’ll source, engage, and close exceptional talent in groups such as sales, marketing, partnerships, customer success and others— the teams that drive EnergyHub’s growth and market leadership. This is an opportunity to influence the revenue engine of a climate tech company making a real, measurable impact on the world.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment on assigned positions for GTM functions including sales, business development, marketing, partnerships, and customer success and others — executing a structured, repeatable process that delivers high-quality hires quickly.
- Partner with GTM leaders to understand business priorities, team structures, and the success traits for each role.
- Source top performers using creative outreach and proactive networking; stay curious and informed on climate tech, SaaS sales, and the competitive talent landscape.
- Act as a strong communicator between candidates and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth, transparent process and alignment at every stage.
- Build and maintain robust GTM talent pipelines to anticipate and meet future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics and market insights, and use them to continuously refine sourcing strategies and hiring processes.
- Cultivate relationships with industry networks, sales communities, and relevant professional groups to strengthen EnergyHub’s employer brand.
- Assist with non-GTM roles as requested
- Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; business, marketing, or related field a plus.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record hiring for sales and other GTM roles.
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to take ownership and make progress independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
- A strong curiosity about climate technology, SaaS sales strategies, and evolving industry trends.
- Demonstrated experience creating and following structured recruiting processes that produce consistent, high-quality results.
- Outstanding communication skills — you proactively keep hiring managers and candidates informed, and can educate stakeholders with data and market insights.
- Proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
