Communications Manager, South Asia (Delhi, India; Full time – Remote)
The Institute for Energy Economics and Financial Analysis (IEEFA) is seeking an experienced Communications Manager to join our dynamic team in Asia. The ideal candidate will be a strategic communicator with a strong command of messaging, media relations, and stakeholder engagement. They will play a key role in developing and executing communication strategies that amplify IEEFA’s research and advance our mission.
The candidate should possess excellent writing, editing, and content development skills, with the ability to translate complex, technical material into clear and compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences. They should be proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a remote work environment. A strong commitment to IEEFA’s mission—to accelerate the transition to a diverse, sustainable, and profitable energy economy—is essential.
IEEFA is a rapidly-growing NGO/nonprofit that conducts research and analysis on financial and economic issues related to energy markets, trends and policies. Headquartered in the United States, IEEFA has a team of 70+ analysts and communications personnel located in 15 countries across the globe. IEEFA produces a significant volume of original research, as well as ongoing analysis and reports on issues affecting energy industries. Compensation and Benefits
Full-time 12-month fixed-term employment contract with the option of extension by mutual agreement and a market competitive remuneration. Pay rates are also based on education, skill, experience level and internal equity.
Work Schedule
Full-time, 5 days/week with occasional evening or weekend work as required.
Travel
Some travel is required. All team members attend IEEFA’s annual conference and international team retreat.
Physical Demand and Work Environment.
Must be able to work for prolonged periods at a computer. Computer work can involve repetitive motion, eyestrain, back, and neck strain.
