Are you a strategic storyteller ready to amplify a movement? Do you thrive on transforming complex ideas into compelling narratives that drive real-world change?
InnovateEDU is searching for a Manager of Marketing and Communications to lead our dynamic team and shape the voice of an organization dedicated to catalyzing education transformation. This isn't just a marketing job; it's an opportunity to be at the heart of our mission, building a more equitable and inclusive future for all learners.

We are a fast-charging organization, and we're looking for a leader who can not only keep pace but set it, masterfully juggling multiple workstreams while inspiring a team to produce exceptional, high-impact work.
This is a full-time, remote position. While we embrace the flexibility of virtual work, our team primarily collaborates during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
This role requires a leader who thrives on toggling between the strategic and the tactical. You will be responsible for architecting our long-term communications vision and leading the team's direction, but you must also be ready to roll up your sleeves and drive the hands-on execution. Your responsibilities will range from high-level planning to the critical, on-the-ground details of webinar preparation, event management, and day-to-day website oversight, ensuring our big-picture goals are flawlessly implemented.
