About the Role & Your Impact
This is an exciting opportunity to join an early stage company of talented operations generalists, led by seasoned energy veterans. At Zero, we have a lean and targeted operations team - all our roles have substantial scope, and are all cross functional from sales through deployment.
This role is an Install Operations Coordinator for our HQ location in Denver. As an Install Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for core customer workstreams throughout our field operations function and will touch nearly every part of customer experience. - You will Deliver an excellent customer and contractor experience daily to ensure successful project execution from contract signature through project completion
- Take full ownership of support lines and interface directly with customers, subcontractors and vendors
- Track and maintain project documentation, including permits and inspections, job close out, and commissioning documentationInterface with equipment partners and support supply chain management
- Overall, help each team at Zero to be more efficient and effective while contributing to our ambitious mission
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in project management, installation operations, customer service, or a related role as an operations generalist
- Energetic and self-driven, with a strong sense of self-ownership and follow through
- Excellent communication abilities, ability to interface with customers
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, G-Suite
- You live within 50 miles of Denver, CO (or are willing to relocate with assistance)
